RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS Once your reservation is confirmed, you have 1 complimentary reschedule within 3 days of booking your travel dates. You may request changes up to 30 days prior to check-in date with a $75 nonrefundable change fee. Rescheduling is not allowed within 30 days of check-in date. For residents of MI, ND, and NM cancellations must be made in writing within 15 calendar days of purchase, or package is nonrefundable. For residents of all other states, this promotional package is nonrefundable. RESORT CERTIFICATE If selected, resort certificate will be issued following the sales presentation. Resort certificate is redeemable for select amenities and activities during your stay. Retail value of resort certificate is face value. Resort certificate is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. Applicable sales taxes and gratuities not included. WORLD OF HYATT BONUS POINTS If selected, World of Hyatt Bonus Points will be issued following the sales presentation. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for posting of points. 10,000 points are enough for up to 2 free nights at a Category 1 hotel during standard redemption periods.
