This special invitation is presented to you by WHV Resort Group, Inc. 300 Rancheros Dr., Suite 310, San Marcos, CA 92069.

Eligibility – An annual income of at least $90,000 or more is required. Offer is not transferable. One offer per family. The following are not eligible for this offer: Participants in a Hyatt® Vacation Club promotion within the past year or with an active vacation package; employees and immediate family of Sponsor or its affiliated companies. Existing Hyatt Vacation Club Owners must be current on all Ownership accounts and have not participated in more than four gifted Owner Updates in a 12-month period.

Presentation – Attendance at the sales presentation, lasting approximately 120 minutes (60 minutes for Owners), is required. Failure to attend the sales presentation will result in the charge of the full retail value of the accommodations and forfeiture of any bonus gifts. If married, cohabitating, or in a life partnership, both parties must attend together to receive this special offer. Individuals may purchase separately. Transportation to and from the presentation is not provided.

Offer – All currency mentions are U.S. dollars. Package must be purchased with a major credit card, which is also required at check-in. Stay must be consecutive nights. Not valid for stays consecutive with Owner usage. Travel must be completed within 12 months of package purchase. Any airfare, transportation, parking, housekeeping, tips, taxes, and additional expenses are not included. Offer cannot be modified or combined with any other promotion, is not transferable, and is subject to change without notice.

Premiums, if applicable, are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to change, and/or unavailable. Substitutions, if available, will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. WHV Resort Group, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries make no warranty, express or implied, as to the condition, capacity, performance, or any other aspect of the activities, events, or services provided by third-party vendors.

Accommodations – Reservations are subject to availability. Average retail value is based on the average of current and projected room rates at the time of publication, which are subject to change without notice. Actual retail value is the rack rate during occupancy. Stays that occur during any portion of a holiday or special event period are extremely limited. Do not purchase airfare until your arrival dates are confirmed. Certain view types will not be available. Resort amenities and room furnishings may vary. Alternate accommodations may be used if necessary.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 days of the package purchase date or package purchase price is not refundable. A refund will be issued within 15 days of the receipt of notice of cancellation.
